I’ve lived through many of the same struggles my clients face. For years,
I moved in and out of dieting cycles, dealt with poor sleep,
stress-driven eating. Even with nutrition knowledge, knowing what to
do didn’t always mean I was able to live it with ease. Working closely
with people helped me see this more clearly from the outside:

Real wellbeing isn’t built on perfection or constant self-control.
It’s built on consistency, capacity, and self-trust.
The most meaningful changes I witnessed, in myself and in others,
didn’t come from being given the “best advice”. They happened when
people felt truly heard and understood. When there was space to slow
down, reflect, and make choices that genuinely fit who they are and
how they live, consistency stopped feeling like a battle, and started
to feel natural.
